Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Front Office team member to work night shifts, completing night audits and assisting guests with late check-ins and early check-outs. You will perform end-of-day procedures and health and safety checks as required, staying vigilant to keep guests and the property secure.

The role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year and offer apprenticeships alongside brand training.

Responsibilities

• Night audits completed as part of the Front Office team.
• Support guests with late check-in and handle queries.
• Process early check-outs and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Perform health and safety checks and stay vigilant to keep guests and property safe.
• Maintain calm under pressure and adapt on shift to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

Job description

Working as part of the Front Office team you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting Guests with late check in, queries and early check outs.
You will be completing end of day procedures and health and safety checks as required.
The variety of this role need someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure.
This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.
We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
