Job summary

Energy Saving Trust NI is seeking a proactive Programme Support Officer to help households create warmer homes, lower energy bills and reduce carbon footprints through the NI Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP). The role supports an £8 million grant programme that funds energy efficiency and renewable measures for homes and businesses.

Based in Belfast, you’ll work with the NI team within the Energy Directorate, coordinating programme delivery, reviewing claims, and engaging with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience and strong numerical ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Energy Saving Trust NI’s programmes.
• Review payment claims and interim reports; assist with tasks.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and teams.
