Job summary

Accurx is transforming NHS productivity with a single platform used across GP practices and NHS Trusts. We’re seeking a Transformation Manager to independently lead high-value pilots, build NHS playbooks, and collaborate with senior leaders to scale our products.

You will turn frontline feedback into insights that shape product strategy, deliver demos and training, and drive ROI across the NHS with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in large scale change management projects.
• Excellent client-facing stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large projects autonomously.
• Structured problem solving with systematic analytical methods.
• Proficient data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Experience embedding change within teams and functions.
• Strong collaboration across departments to drive shared success.

Responsibilities

• Turn pilots into lasting impact by leading complex NHS product pilots.
• Build relationships with NHS senior leaders to expand Accurx’s impact.
• Deliver engaging demos, trainings and resources to drive adoption.
• Translate frontline feedback into product and strategy insights.
