Responsibilities

• Produces ad-hoc reports and analyses as required and answers queries promptly and accurately.
• Prepares ad-hoc requests for invoices to be raised and ensures income is recorded accurately.
• Assists in the timely management and payment of invoices.
• Actively supporting the ICB’s financial sustainability and delivery of statutory financial targets.
• Provides information to support the completion of annual financial and other external returns.
• Investigates variances on budgets and makes required budget or expenditure adjustments in accordance with established procedures and through engaging with budget holders.
• Assists in preparing information for business plans and for financial performance reporting as required.
• Maintains financial control systems and implements control measures identified by audit.
