Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Validator to join our Corporate Planned Care Team based at King’s Mill Hospital in Sutton. The role focuses on accurate, timely data to monitor clinical outcomes and inform NHS reporting, with part-time 22.5 hours per week within core hours.

You will validate RTT and DM01 PTLs, correct pathway data errors using Careflow, Dragon, ORION, and other SFH platforms, and contribute to patient safety and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with NHS data systems and data validation.
• Strong numerical and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate RTT and DM01 PTLs.
• Identify and correct data errors using Careflow, Dragon, ORION and other SFH clinical platforms.
• Apply a logical approach to ensure patient care pathways progress smoothly.
