Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Validator to join the Corporate Planned Care Team at King’s Mill Hospital. The role focuses on accurate data validation to support NHS reporting and patient safety.

You will validate RTT and DM01 lists, use systems such as Careflow, Dragon and ORION, and ensure data integrity across pathways. Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, core hours Mon-Fri 9-17; pattern to be agreed.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with NHS data and reporting is desirable.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Validate RTT and DM01 Patient Tracking Lists to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and correct data errors in Careflow, Dragon, ORION and related systems.
• Support patient pathways with rigorous data governance and timely reporting.
