Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Physical Intervention Tutor to develop and deliver training across Acute and Community settings. The role involves supporting staff to manage challenging behaviours and ensuring high standards aligned with service user needs.

A GSA Grade A Tutor accreditation is preferred; if not held, a residential Tutor Training course must be completed within six months. A valid driving licence is required.

Competenze

• GSA Accreditation required; if not held, attendance at a residential Tutor Training course within 6 months.
• Must hold a valid driving licence.
• Experience in clinical settings to ensure high standards and service user focus.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver a Physical Intervention Training programme in Acute and Community settings.
• Support staff in building packages of care for service users with challenging behaviour.
• Assist with data collection, evaluation and course administration for workforce requirements.
