Qualifications

• Experience in catering using computerised systems.
• Familiarity with electronic meal ordering systems.
• Willingness to undertake Basic Food Hygiene Certificate training.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate menu requests from wards to kitchen distribution areas.
• Liaise with external customers and orders by email or telephone.
• Support implementation of an electronic meal ordering system.
