Job summary

Rydon Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative with a plumbing bias to join our maintenance team in Kent. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, and general wear and tear. You will work 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri with an on-call rota to earn additional pay, in a NHS facilities environment.

Previous building maintenance experience is essential, ideally NHS or contractor experience. Driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs essential.
• NHS or healthcare facility exposure preferred.
• Plumbing knowledge is important though not essential.
