Job summary

Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Hotel Services Supervisor on a part-time basis, 30 hours per week, to lead housekeeping, catering, portering and linen services across the unit and related wards.

You will supervise staff, help organise rosters, ensure hygienic standards and high-quality meals, and provide cover across the service area as needed. Right to work in the UK is required at application.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hotel/housekeeping or cleaning services in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to motivate staff and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• To supervise wards and departments and deploy hotel services staff to maintain safe and hygienic conditions across areas of responsibility.
• To organise rosters ensuring appropriate cover for all areas of responsibility.
• To ensure correct handling and service of meals by hotel services staff in line with policy and hygiene standards.
• To support the Facilities Manager in delivering other hotel services tasks and staff development.
