Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor (Band 3) at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. This 21.5 hour per week post runs 07:00–21:00 and includes weekends to oversee the housekeeping service and maintain hygiene standards.

You will lead the team and support patient care, upholding the Trust's dignity and care values. Applicants should have NHS experience or strong customer service, GCSEs in Maths/English, and Health and Safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Computer literacy to RSA level 2 or equivalent.
• Health and Safety qualification.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping service across wards and departments.
• Promote high standards of hygiene, environmental cleanliness and appearance.
• Lead the housekeeping team to deliver high quality services.
• Support patient care and uphold dignity and care pledges.

Education

GCSE in Maths and English
