Job summary

Lifeline Recruitment Services are currently looking for experienced Medical Receptionists to cover NHS GP Surgeries in Hastings and other locations around the UK.

You will be at the surgery front desk, using Emis Web to book and input patient details, perform general admin and handle prescriptions. DBS check is required; 6 months NHS GP experience preferred; flexibility and professionalism essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months recent NHS GP surgery reception experience.
• Ability to book/cancel patient appointments and input data in the system.
• Flexibility, reliability and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Cover the surgery front desk and provide reception for patients.
• Book and cancel appointments and input patient details into Emis Web.
• Perform general administrative duties and handle prescriptions as required.
