Job summary

Lifeline Recruitment Services is currently seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to cover NHS GP Surgeries across North, Central and East London. You will work at the surgery front desk, delivering a friendly, professional reception service and using Emis Web to manage patient data.

The role requires at least 6 months NHS GP reception experience, ability to book/cancel appointments and handle prescriptions, and a DBS check or recent certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recent experience in an NHS GP surgery as a Medical Receptionist.
• Ability to book/cancel appointments, input patient data and handle prescriptions.
• DBS check required or have a DBS certificate dated within a year.
• Flexible, reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Front desk reception for patients in GP surgeries.
• Book and cancel appointments and input patient data in EMIS Web.
• Handle basic administrative duties and prescriptions where needed.
