Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee the day-to-day finance delivery for the EoE Provider Collaborative. You will drive budgets, forecasts, governance, and financial reporting to support decisions and sustainability.

You will lead financial appraisal of business cases and investment proposals, provide expert financial advice to senior stakeholders, and work with clinical and operational teams across partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Full professional accountancy qualification (CCAB or CIMA) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Specialist knowledge of financial management, NHS finance policies and reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Finance function for the EoE Provider Collaborative with governance and control.
• Develop, monitor and report budgets, financial plans and forecasts with timely information for decision-making.
• Produce high-quality financial reports and commentary, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead financial appraisal of business cases, service developments and investment proposals with modelling and options analysis.
• Support statutory NHS and internal reporting, ensuring returns are accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, commissioning and finance colleagues for planning and performance.
• Identify and manage financial risks, opportunities and emerging issues.
• Lead development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and dashboards.
• Provide leadership to Finance Assistant and Finance Business Partner; deputise for Head of Finance.
