Job summary

Connaught Resourcing is recruiting for Pathways Trained Health Advisors to work remotely in the NHS 111 service from home. Candidates must be Pathways trained and have NHS 111 experience, with a recent call and three months of call audit history.

A minimum of 18 hours per week is required and you must supply your own laptop, headset and smartcard reader, plus a private workspace. Supervision and DBS/background checks apply as part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Fully trained on the latest version of Pathways.
• At least 12 months experience working for NHS 111.
• Call on the service within the last 6 weeks.
• Provide 3 months of call audit history.
• Commit to a minimum of 18 hours per week.
• Have own equipment: laptop, headset, smartcard reader.
• Private workspace to work from.

We are currently recruiting Pathways Trained Health Advisors who are interested in remote working. The role is 100% homebased. Please note you must already be Pathways Trained to qualify for this role.
