Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD is seeking a Product Owner for NextGen IAM on a contract, onsite basis in the UK. You will own and prioritize the backlog, define Epics, Features and User Stories, and refine requirements to secure clear delivery criteria.

You will collaborate with technical leads, architects and business stakeholders across regions to align priorities with secure, compliant identity solutions while supporting Agile ceremonies and UAT activities.

Qualifications

Strong Product Ownership and Agile Delivery experience.
Expertise in Backlog Management and Prioritization.
Strong Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis skills.
Experience defining Epics Features User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
Experience working in Financial Services or regulated environments.
Knowledge of Risk Compliance Audit and Governance requirements.
Ability to work with crossfunctional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Strong facilitation influencing and decisionmaking skills.
Experience collaborating with Architecture Engineering Security and Operations teams.
Understanding of Enterprise Identity and Access Management IAM
Knowledge of Authentication Authorization and Identity Lifecycle Management
Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture API Security and CloudNative Security
Awareness of DevSecOps SSDLC Observability and Production Readiness practices
Strong documentation reporting and knowledge-sharing capabilities

Responsibilities

Own maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Define and manage Epics Features and User Stories
Gather analyze and refine business and technical requirements
Define acceptance criteria and ensure clarity of delivery requirements
Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to align business priorities with technical solutions
Support sprint planning backlog refinement release planning and Agile ceremonies
Balance business priorities technical debt operational requirements and delivery objectives
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery activities
Engage with business stakeholders technology partners and engineering teams
Support product demonstrations testing activities and UAT
Ensure audit regulatory risk and compliance requirements are reflected in product delivery
Monitor delivery progress manage scope and drive measurable business outcomes
Facilitate communication between business and technology teams
Support continuous improvement of product delivery processes and practices
