We know that it can be hard securing the first long-term position as an NQT/ECT and we want to offer that opportunity to start your teaching career. We will ensure that any long-term placements are in a school that you are well suited in. We can support you in finding a specialist NQT mentor, who will guide you through your placement and induction year.
