Who We Are Looking For:

• A Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) with full Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A passionate and creative individual with a genuine desire to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Someone with strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• A dedicated and reliable professional committed to upholding the high standards of teaching and learning within our Swansea schools.
• Knowledge of the Welsh curriculum is advantageous but not essential.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
• Upholding the school's policies and procedures.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school community in Swansea.
