Job summary

Swindon Borough Council in Swindon is launching an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme for newly qualified social workers. The scheme provides dedicated development, mentoring and regular supervision as they work with the Family Safeguarding Team to gain confidence and responsibility.

You'll be supported from day one by two managers—the operational manager and an ASYE assessor—through a structured pathway designed to build practice safely and sustainably while helping

Qualifications

• Registration with Social Work England is required before you begin.
• Experience through placements in a statutory children's social work setting or impactful work with children and families.
