This role offers a fixed-term salaried contract with opportunities for professional development and excellent training. You will work collaboratively across multiple practices, focusing on patient care without home visits. Your expertise will help enhance healthcare delivery in the community.
Primary Care Networks (PCNs) form a key building block of the NHS long-term plan. Bringing general practices together to work at scale has been a policy priority for some years for a range of reasons, including improving the ability of practices to recruit and retain staff; to manage financial and estates pressures; to provide a wider range of services to patients and to more easily integrate with the wider health and care system
Following the release of ARRS GP funding we are looking for newly qualified (within 2 years) to join Chester Central Primary Care Network on a fixed term salaried contact. We will consider applications for a minimum of four sessions with a start date as soon as possible.
As a refection of the lower sessional rate the post holder won't be required to complete home visits.
Our clinical system for all practices is EMIS Web and we have a structured administrative team to help with letters, results, medication management, etc.
Working as part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to support and care for a diverse patient group
We reserve the right to close the application early, so would encourage early application
