Are you a newly qualified teacher looking to work in September 2025?

Educate Group is working with a selection of Flintshire primary schools to offer supply support for day-to-day sickness, maternity leave, courses, etc.

This opportunity allows you to build up your NQT days while gaining confidence and experience.

You will be supported by us, the EWC, and account managers with school experience.

Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons and opportunities for student expression.
• Maintain student engagement, motivation, and focus.
• Manage behavior issues effectively.
• Follow school policies and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of student progress.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Registration requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or apply through Educate.
• Register with the EWC to work in Wales.
