University Hospitals Tees is recruiting Band 5 Newly Qualified Midwives to join our maternity service across North and South Tees sites. We offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing development to support autonomous practice within antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.

Qualifications

• 3rd year student Midwives who qualify between Sept 2026 and Mar 2027 are eligible.
• International Midwives are not eligible for this post.
• Induction and ongoing professional development provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care within guidelines.
• Provide continuity of care across birth settings.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality safe care.
