Qualifications

• Experience of working within the NHS and with the general public.

• Strong time management and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and work autonomously with professional supervision.
• Face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Home visits and care home visits.
• Check and sign repeat prescriptions.
• Develop care and treatment plans with patients.
• Record clear notes and contribute to audits.
