Experienced Conveyancer looking for a new challenge without the pressure of managing your own caseload?

I'm working on an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing professional to step into a technical, quality-focused role where your knowledge and expertise can make a real difference.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting colleagues, tackling complex technical queries and maintaining high standards, without the day-to-day responsibility of running their own files.

The Role

• Coach, mentor and support a team of residential Property Lawyers.
• Review conveyancing files, including new-build transactions.
• Carry out file audits, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
• Provide technical guidance on complex conveyancing matters.
• Help improve processes, quality standards and overall team performance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong residential conveyancing experience, including new-build transactions.
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• A confident communicator who enjoys helping others develop.
• A good understanding of compliance, regulation and risk management.
• Legal qualifications such as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, LPC or a Law degree would be advantageous.
