Wingstop UK - Colchester is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to open and lead our new restaurant in Colchester. You’ll run fast-paced shifts, set the tone for the team, and ensure every process runs smoothly from day one.

You will coach a brand-new team, drive performance and service, and help establish growth during early stages. This is a high-visibility role with real responsibility in a fast-moving, energetic culture.
