Wingstop UK – Walton on Thames is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to help launch a brand-new restaurant. You’ll lead fast-paced shifts, set the tone for the team, and build a high-energy culture from day one.

You’ll coach a brand-new team, drive service quality, speed and cleanliness, and partner with the opening team to deliver a successful launch and ongoing growth. This is a leadership role with real responsibility for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with launching and building new teams.
• Ability to lead shifts and maintain high standards.
• Energetic, adaptable and positive attitude.
