Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited (Wingstop UK) is opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll help launch the restaurant, build a new team, establish ways of working, and drive a high-energy, high-performing culture from day one.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, train and coach new starters, lead shifts, and embed processes to set the restaurant up for success. This hands-on role offers real responsibility and visible impact from the start.
