Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited (Wingstop UK) is opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant in the United Kingdom. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you will help set up operations, train a fresh team, and establish high-energy, high-performing ways of working from day one.

You will work closely with the General Manager to hire, onboard and coach staff, drive service standards, and embed processes to ensure a strong launch and ongoing success.

• Experience leading a front-of-house/ops team.
• Proven ability to train and onboard new staff.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
