Job summary

Wootton Park Nursery, part of Wootton Park School in Northampton, is recruiting a Nursery Nurse (Level 3) to join a brand-new setting opening January 2027. You will work with children aged 2-4 across the EYFS, providing high-quality care and learning in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

This full-time role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am–6.00pm on a rota. The school offers strong safeguarding, professional development through coaching, and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A*-C) including English and Maths or equivalent.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 2-4 across the EYFS curriculum.
• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Meet individual learning, social and emotional needs of each child.
• Work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rota 8.00am–6.00pm.
