This market leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept stage to launch. You’ll understand your customers’ needs and create concepts that match their briefs while incorporating new trends within this fast-paced market.

You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within the budget and work with internal teams to certify products meet quality parameters.

Monitoring competitors’ ranges, you’ll conduct market reviews to identify development areas that contribute to the company’s success.

The Person

Ideal candidates are proactive and passionate food graduates with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, seeking to develop their skills in the chilled sector.

Proven track record in developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers is preferred. Excellent presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams to drive projects forward.
