The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept stage to launch. With an understanding of your customers’ needs, you’ll create concepts that match their briefs while incorporating new trends within this fast-paced market.

You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within the agreed budget and work with internal teams to certify products meet quality parameters.

Keeping an eye on competitors’ ranges, you’ll conduct market reviews to identify development areas that contribute to the company’s success.
