The Company

This market leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept to launch. You’ll develop concepts that meet customer briefs and incorporate new trends in this fast-paced market.

You’ll prepare costings to ensure products are produced within budget and work with internal teams to ensure products meet quality standards.

You’ll monitor competitors’ ranges and conduct market reviews to identify areas for development that contribute to the company’s success.

The Person

Suitable for a proactive and passionate food graduate with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, looking to develop NPD and customer management skills in the chilled sector.

Proven track record of developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers is preferred. Excellent presentation and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential for working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
