Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate starts at our Goole site. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified drivers to gain valuable experience and develop their driving career.

Duties include store deliveries and depot-to-depot collections, with guaranteed 45 hours per week and various shifts; weekend work available. Regular weekly pay and on-site support await. New pass drivers are welcome when meeting CPC and Tacho requirements.

Qualifications

• New pass drivers welcome; must have a HGV Class 1 driving licence, CPC and Tacho.
• No more than 6 points and UK driving licence C+E required.
• Minimum 45 hours paid per week with fixed rota and various start times.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries and some depot-to-depot collections while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Meet schedules with guaranteed stability and participate in weekend shift options.

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate starts at our prestigious client's site in Goole. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified drivers looking to gain valuable experience and develop their driving career.

Shift Availability:

• Various start times, 5 out of 7.

Rates of pay for the first 12 weeks:

• Weekday £14.65 per hour
• Weeknight £15.85 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday day £17.65 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday night £18.15 per hour

Rate of pay after 12 weeks:

• Weekday £15.15 per hour
• Weeknight £16.35 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday day £17.65 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday night £18.15 per hour

£1 bonus payable after the probation period!

Your Time at Work

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include store deliveries, along with some depot-to-depot collections, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

In return for your commitment, we offer regular shifts and consistent start times. Weekend work is available, and part-time HGV drivers are also encouraged to apply. Drivers seeking ad hoc work must have relevant experience, as this will be assessed as part of our standard process.

Our Perfect Worker

As an HGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have:

• No more than 6 points
• U.K driving licence C+E
• Competent at reversing arctic vehicles
• New pass drivers welcome; must have an HGV Class 1 driving licence, CPC and Tacho
