Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate starts at our Goole client site. New pass drivers welcomed; must have HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph card. 12-month fixed rota, minimum 45 hours per week, with a modern, well-maintained fleet.

This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified drivers to gain valuable experience and develop their driving career, with regular shifts and weekly pay and weekend work available.

Qualifications

• New pass drivers welcome – must have HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph card.
• Digi card and DQC existing or obtainable as part of employment.
• No more than 6 points on your UK driving licence.
• UK driving licence C+E is preferred for fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries and depot-to-depot collections.
• Complete deliveries on time while following health and safety rules.
• Adhere to shift patterns and maintain professional conduct on site.

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate starts at our prestigious client's site in Goole.

This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified drivers looking to gain valuable experience and develop their driving career.

Shift Availability:

• Various start times, 5 out of 7.

Rates of pay for the first 12 weeks:

• Weekday £14.65 per hour
• Weeknight £15.85 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday day £17.65 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday night £18.15 per hour

Rate of pay after 12 weeks:

• Weekday £15.15 per hour
• Weeknight £16.35 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday day £17.65 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday night £18.15 per hour

£1 bonus payable after probation period!

New pass drivers welcome - must have HGV Class 1 driving licence, CPC and tacho card.

Your Time at Work

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, your duties will include store deliveries, along with some depot-to-depot collections, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

In return for your commitment, we offer regular shifts and consistent start times. Weekend work is available, and part-time HGV drivers are also encouraged to apply.

Drivers seeking ad hoc work must have relevant experience, as this will be assessed as part of our standard process.
