Job summary

Virgin Active in Sheffield is seeking an Acquisitions team member to drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You will welcome new members, tailor their onboarding and guide them through a 90-day journey to foster belonging.

With 40 hours weekly, you will collaborate across clubs, instructors and teams while upholding high administration and communication standards. A premium guest experience and hospitality mindset are essential.

About the Role

The role sits within the Acquisitions team and is focused on inspiring people to begin their wellness journey. It involves delivering an exceptional sales and onboarding experience and ensuring every new member feels welcomed, valued and supported through their first 90 days. The post-holder acts as the first impression of the club and is a core part of building long-term member relationships. The role is 40 hours per week.
