Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Bishop’s Stortford are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. You will build rapport with customers, conduct property viewings, and explain pricing and upgrades to potential buyers.

Ideal candidates will have experience in new build sales and will work closely with construction and progression teams to move deals forward while keeping the CRM and internal systems up to date.
