Buckinghamshire Based Housing Developer is seeking a Sales Negotiator with at least 1 year of property sales experience, either from an estate agency or a new homes developer. A valid driver’s license and good knowledge of the new build market are essential.

You will handle online enquiries, greet walk-in customers, conduct viewings, and progress sales while updating client records and reporting to the Sales Management team.
