We’re seeking a highly motivated New Homes Manager to join our team covering the Bury area. The primary goal of this role is to secure instructions for new sites and develop relationships with developers in your region.

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Manager

  • Develop and maintain relationships with developers in the area
  • Secure instructions for new sites
  • Gain and retain Sole Agency status
  • Maintain high standards in relationship management
  • Serve as the main contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Monitor new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company

Skills and experience required

  • Experience in New Homes Sales within estate agency, builders, or developers, or related fields like Residential Sales or Lettings
  • Ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent customer care and customer service skills
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
