Job summary

untypical is seeking a Sales Executive – New Homes to join our team on a permanent basis from our site at Beccles. You will deliver exceptional service to buyers, present show homes to a high standard, and help make the home buying journey smooth and welcoming.

This 12 month fixed-term contract is five days a week with weekend working. A proven track record in selling homes, strong communication, and a good understanding of lenders and finances are essential. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homes.
• Clear and effective communicator, verbal and written.
• Understanding of lenders and financial aspects of purchasing a home.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure show homes are presented to the highest quality.
• Assist in making the home buying process efficient.
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties.
• Attend to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers.
• Manage on-site administration.
• Maintain the highest standard of health and safety.
