The role offers a part-time schedule (Thu–Sat 10am–5pm), uncapped commission, and ongoing training. Ideal for proven sales professionals on a busy new homes development.

Qualifications

• Previous new homes sales or estate agency experience is preferred.
• Strong track record in property sales, retail or customer-focused environments.
• Confident handling enquiries, viewings and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and purchase their new home on the development.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry to reservation and sale.
• Conduct viewings, follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and maintain high service levels.
