Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must have full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through the new homes process from enquiry to handover keys.
• Collaborate with developers, colleagues and purchasers to ensure a smooth, professional and personal sale.
• Maintain high standards of service on-site and manage a busy development site.
