Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor for its Western Region, based in Elgar Park, Worcestershire. You will be the first point of contact for homebuyers, take reservations, and explain financial and legal aspects of buying a new home.

You will work closely with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage professionals to ensure a smooth journey from reservation to completion, contributing to our family-owned business culture.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy.
• Explaining the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers as needed.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, local info and competitors.
• Progressing prospects via CRM and ensuring timescales are met.
