Bloor Homes in Worcestershire is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to be a key early contact for homebuyers, guiding them through reservations and paperwork while explaining financial and legal aspects of buying a new home. You’ll liaise with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage managers to support the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, construction, local information and UTS standards to inform customers.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy to explain the sales process and financial/legal aspects.
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage managers and valuers to progress sales.
• Ensuring timescales are met and targets are achieved through proactive contract progression.
• Maintaining records via CRM and regular prospect follow-up.
