Geering & Colyer, part of the Connells Group, invite applications for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our on-site team at Kearsney. You will be the face of our new homes developments, guiding purchasers from first enquiry through to handover, delivering an outstanding customer experience tailored to each buyer.

We offer a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, award-winning training, a clear career path, and recognition through incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other sectors will be considered.
• A passion for property, people, and delivering high standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A confident, proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy development site.
• Flexible working pattern, including weekends to match customer demand.
• Full UK driving licence
