eNL is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its New Homes and Residential Conveyancing team in Devon. You will manage a varied caseload, focusing on new build developments, and work closely with clients and professionals to progress transactions to exchange deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong background in residential conveyancing, ideally including new homes and plot sales.
• Confident in managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Able to organise and prioritise to meet challenging deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative team while able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential property matters, with a focus on new build developments.
• Work closely with clients, colleagues and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly, often to exchange deadlines.
• Review legal documentation for developments and identify key issues early, preparing enquiries and reports for plot purchases.
• Handle individual plot transactions and related residential sales where appropriate.
• Support the department's development by building relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, service delivery and business development.
