Job summary

eNL in Stoke is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award-winning team. You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy from instruction through to post-completion.

The role suits Solicitors, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancers or experienced Conveyancers with 1–5 years' experience who can deliver clear client care, handle both freehold and leasehold matters, and contribute to the growth of the Residential Property Department.

Qualifications

Experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
Strong knowledge across both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Excellent client-care and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and practically.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proactive and positive approach with commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

Manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related matters.
Develop strong relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues; contribute to department growth.
Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Assist with post-completion work and title registrations as required.
