Job summary

Maitland Selwyn is recruiting for New Home Sales Consultants across Cumbria. Roles available as temporary and permanent contracts. You will manage buyer journeys, conduct show-home viewings, and negotiate sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in new home sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in new home sales is strictly required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end buyer journey from inquiry to legal completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service in the sales suite and show homes.
• Conduct viewings, present options and negotiate sales.
• Liaise with site managers, estate agents, solicitors and advisors to progress sales.
