Scale AI in the UK seeks a New Grad Software Engineer who will own meaningful, customer-facing work from day one — shipping products, talking directly to users, and iterating quickly to deliver value.

You will join Scale's Global Public Sector team, building AI applications, data pipelines, and developer tools that enable public institutions and partners to scale trusted AI at large scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EECS/Computing/Statistics with Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation.
• Experience shipping web apps full-stack and integrating with APIs.
• Internship in Product/Software Engineering.
• Track record of delivering high-quality features at scale.
• Experience building data-heavy systems with Python, TypeScript, React, or MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing work from day one, shipping products and iterating quickly.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define what to build.
• Contribute to Scale's Global Public Sector projects and data pipelines.
