Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is hiring a New Grad Software Engineer in 2026/2027 to own customer-facing work from day one. You will ship products, talk directly to customers, and iterate rapidly on high-impact AI applications and data pipelines.

The Global Public Sector team focuses on creating AI solutions, training data for national LLMs, and upskilling clients. Ideal candidates have a degree in CS or related field, internship experience, and hands-on work with Python, TypeScript, React, and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EECS, Computer Engineering or Statistics from Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Internship or product engineering experience, shipping high-quality features at scale.
• Experience building full-stack web apps and talking to customers to determine what to build.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing work from day one, shipping products and iterating quickly.
• Work on Scale's core projects: AI applications, training data for national LLMs, and advisory services.
• Develop and maintain systems that process large data volumes and measure model reliability.
