Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN who will apply the nursing process across age groups and health continua. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care with the patient, family and care team to achieve the best outcomes.

The role emphasizes professional scope, standards, and ethical practice, with flexibility to prioritize care based on patient needs and conditions. Vermont licensure and BLS are required.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Vermont; BLS certification.
• Unit-specific certifications as required; de‑escalation and restraint training.
• Proficient in acute care nursing and basic computer skills.

• Adopt the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and care team to provide holistic care.
